My goal is to simplify exercise, backed by science and driven by passion, into easily digestible workouts that are both enjoyable and effective.

People start exercising with excitement but quickly realise that what really matters is consistency, smart training and hard work. The fitness industry tries to make exercise flashy and complicated but what it truly needs to be is reliable.

Resistance training is one of the major levers you can pull to better your life. Stronger bones and muscles help you stay coordinated and balanced, ensuring you can live life to the fullest.
