Explore your training options and see what each one offers. Decide what training looks like for you.

Getting started with your free consultation

During this no-obligation session, we'll discuss your fitness goals and go through a movement assessment. The consultation and movement assessment is 45-60 minutes long.

What to expect

The consultation is a chance to learn about you, your training history, and your medical or injury profile. The movement assessment is to understand how you move, and informs what exercises will best suit you. On consultation day:

  • Wear clothes that are comfortable and that you can move freely in

  • Bring a water bottle

Single session $75

A brief warm up, a short run down on technique, followed by an effective workout tailored to the goals we discussed during your consultation.

Six session package $420

The 6-session package is a solid way to build momentum, get into a rhythm, and start making progress.

Each session is valued at $70

Ten session package $680

With more sessions we can build consistency, see more results, and you will have more time to find your training groove.

I hope these training packages will give you the tools to understand what works and why, so you can confidently build and follow your own programmes over time.

Each session is valued at $68

2-on-1 session $100

This is a great option for friends, couples, family members and colleagues who want to train together. Each person follows a programme suited to their own goals and ability, while training side by side.

Each session is valued at $50 per person

All sessions are 60 minutes long.
