    A 60-minute session consisting of a brief warm up, a short run down on technique and followed by an effective workout tailored to the goals we discussed during your consultation.

  • 6 sessions $275

    The 6-session package is a solid way to build momentum, get into a rhythm, and start making progress.

    Each session is 60 minutes.

  • 10 sessions $440

    With more sessions we can build consistency, see more results, and you will have more time to find your training groove.
